If your goal is aesthetics then
Front squats >>> Back squats
Dumbell/Incline bench >>> Flat bench
Romanian deadlifts/pullups/rows >>> Conventional deadlifts
This is the truth, but /fit/ has brain washed you into becoming a pseudo powerlifter

>front squats have their own set of limitations when it comes to training quads, mainly thoracic erector strength and core strength being a limiting factor long before the quads are
>DBs have some advantages over BB but a lot of this is offset by being harder to get into position with heavier weights and harder to load incrementally
>pullups/rows do not have the same function as a deadlift, so that point makes absolutely no sense
>RDLs probably are better than deadlifts if the goal is only aesthetics, fantastic glute and hamstring exercise with much less stress than conventional deadlift
if your goal is aesthetics then
>find the exercises you get the best results from through multiple years of trial and error, starting from the basics and trying variations until you establish a handful of variants that work best for you

You forgot the most important part. If your goal is aesthetics then
Tren >>> being natty
Literally nothing else matters.

My goal is aesthetics but where are your proofs for these claims
>>42847980
If you lift for aesthetics there is absolutely no reason to squat more than 3x12 @ 225. Front squats at that weight are doable just fine (if your core is too weak it only further supports your aesthetics to target them)

Aesthetics is not about the destination, but the journey. You will never look good
