Noob here. When you stop feeling that "tightness" in your arms after a workout where it's uncomfortable to lift your arms above your head, is that a sign that you can work out again? Or should you not lift twice in a day?
Honestly don't completely understand your question. Where exactly is your tightness? Workout 6 days a week and not once have I felt it "uncomfortable" to lift my arms above my head.
