What the fuck routine were you doing? You DID actually lift weights, right?
What were your beginning and ending lifts, and what was your routine?

fierce 5 upper lower
i made decent gains. i had a lot of issues with squatting but about +10 to 15 lbs on all upper body stuff and +20 to 30 on squats and front squats

the fat man will reply to you and tell you to do Texas Method
this is a trick to turn you into a benchlet deadlet, do not fall for it

Well, if you were particularly strong (by which I mean AT LEAST 500 lbs squat and deadlift) to start with, this wouldn't be godawful progression.
If your squat went from LMAO3PLAYT to 340 lbs in four months, stop doing what you're doing and do Texas Method.

I take exception to deadlet. My deadlift is 555 lbs and consistently improving

So is he saying to do compounds every day? Like all 3 compounds every day or DL one day, BP the next, etc?

deadlet is relative, not absolute
if your DL is lower than your squat, you're a deadlet
