can confirm. we have a guy at work who is somewhat dyel (he does lift but arguably not hard, kek) but dude has a neck the size of his thigh for some reason, and nobody, I repeat nobody wants to fuck with him too much if he comes in in a bad mood. it just radiates alphaness, I cant really explain.

neck also will grow from trap work i got a neck pump several times from just doing shrugs
the key detail here is you need to tilt your head back as youre shrugging. So as you shrug your shoulders up you also tilt your neck back
I saw this on omarisuf and he said do this on deadlifts i tried it but it also works on other trap stuff
