How many scoops do you actually take a day?

I do at least 2 scoops at 27g protein + 130 cals each. 3 scoops if I need to hit protein macro for the day

Would Rich still be alive if he only took 4 scoops instead of 5? Can't you get metal poisoning from too much?

I use scoops if I'm away from home all day but I've never had trouble hitting my protein intake even if I don't eat meat a certain day
