When did you realize deadmeme is a cross-fit tier exercise? It's really a worthless ego lift for muh function strength

Literally works out nothing well except the erector spinae, which is a very minor muscle for aesthetics purposes, and can be worked out many other ways

You'll waste half your time and energy for the workout that day, when you could have focused on exercises that actually directly workout muscles hard, instead of working out a bunch of muscles only a little bit

Deadlifting is a really fun exercize but it slightly messed up my lower back from doing it too often. I got up to 4pl8 DL but still looked dyel, then I tweaked my back.

Stopped deadlifting, started doing other shit (biceps, triceps, shoulders mainly), suddenly everyone compliments me on my physique.
