I've been doing this for years and I never ran into any trouble, as long as you stay out of the track during school hours. This should not be a problem if you are not a NEET and if you have a day job/are a student/whatever the fuck

I've done it. As long as school isn't in session you're probably fine.

i run at my old hs track all the time
just do it during non-school hours and try not to interrupt any practices that might be going on.
