I've read the sticky, but i still have some doubts about this stuff
>Protein Powder per day
Is there a limit on how much protein powder i can consume per day? Can it effectively provide more than 50% of my protein intake daily with no risks or complications?
>When to take it
How much protein powder can i assume per hour without killing myself? Say i need 150g of protein i couldn't get from food. That'd require quite a big shake, but can i, in theory, drink it in just a few minutes or do i have to split it up during the day?
>Micronutrients
If i manage to supplement/get my vitamins and other good shit elsewhere, can i use protein powder as a substitute for a whole meal? Or is it gonna fuck me up in the long term?
>Is pic related a good powder?
As in, can i keep buying this stuff or is this brand missing something? I like the taste enough and it's 100% whey isolated.

>150g of protein i couldn't get from food
Wtf that's a lot of protein, did you calculate your macros right?
>>42839957
I mean not a lot overall, but if you eat more meat and eggs you could easily get some of that.
150g is too much to get from powder

It is? I mean, is there a limit on protein powder assumption? Isn't it basically another type of "food" (one which gives only protein, but still) or have i got the sticky wrong?
What would the maximum amount of protein powder be before facing health issues, if any?
Also, abou the macros, isn't it basically "respect daily protein, fill in the gaps till you hit your daily calories"?

Again, any reason it's detrimental? see>>42839965 for my doubts
No one knows? Judging by the sticky AND the sticky wiki, there should be no problems, but i'd rather ask in a thread as well to make sure i got this right.
