I've been on /fit/ nearly 2 years now and I still don't understand what 1/2/3/4 is. I've always just assumed it was the main compound lifts (OHP/Bench/Squat/Deadlift?)and the numbers signify the amount of pl8s you can lift. Is this correct?

and you don't know about the "Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Threads" thread? GTFO newfag
>>42839314
yes that's correct
for my money, in order from easiest to hardest its 1 > 2 > 4 > 3
>>42839464
ABSOLUTELY CORRECT
fuck.
All these people walking around with 5pl8 squat and 0.5pl8 OHP got me worried for a while.
At one point I could get the bench for 2 and the OHP for 5, DL for a single but my squat was nowhere near 3pl8. Now it's all good but my squat is still subpar.
I do train it but I just don't care for it so maybe I don't give it my best.

for me, from easiest to hardest, it was
4 > 3 > 1 > 5 >>> 2
