Been working out again for a little over a month. I was at 135 during summer had no appetite and stuff. Used to lift last year for almost a year straight was at 165 I believe but wasn't too too lean. Used to take weight gainer and crap but now I'm not too into bulking. Unfortunately lost all my old progress pics. I run almost everyday and Been taking creatine, protein shakes, and protein filled meals in general. Still small I know but I'm hoping muscle memory will get me back to where I was.

you can just get an app and log what you eat its a super easy way to keep track. I hate to run so i jumprope and box. Honestly jump roping is a sick way to burn fat and its fun to do (i think) plus when you get really good with one people be mirin

i got the myplate app because it hooks up to my apple watch, which i used\ to keep track of calories burned by moving and shit like that. I try to keep moving periodically throughout the day like for example I commute to manhattan everyday so i walk from penn to my school which is about a mile away then walk back to penn after. thats usually 2 plus miles right there. then ill go home lift then a few hours later ill jumprope and box then a few hours later ill take my dog for a long walk. Im no expert but all i can say is if you keep moving and burning calories the fat will come off pretty quick.
