how do you force yourself to eat?
i know that with depression ymmv, but even the days i dont shower or get dressed or speak to people or leave the house i find it pretty easy to just get into the garage and push around iron for a bit.
the part i find nearly impossible is eating enough to actually gain weight. my grocery receipts say i should be hulkmode, but the reality is i cook a big bowl of eggs, eat a third of it and just can't force the rest down. are there certain types of food that dont feel as filling while youre eating them?
if you've no specific advice here i'd appreciate your lazy recipes too since i'm fucking bored of eggs and peanutbutter oats

Dunno brah weed does it for me. If you can get it legally or atleast at a certain level of quality pick a sativa strain, ideally one you check out on leafly or whatever first.
That or get yourself a gainer or something, drink it with whole milk.

Eat a variety of food. Get a rice cooker (that also functions as other things, like oats/chili)/crockpot/pressure cooker, look up recipes, set alarms for when to prepare food, when to eat it. Make enough for 3 or 4 meals each time, set those alarms to tell you when to eat

Whole milk, at least a quart, you can throw in oats, peanut butter, whey, berries, whatever gives you a stiffy
Drink water. I find it helps when I try to swallow and want to throw up instead.
