What are the benefits of running, /fit/izens? Why don't we emphasize cardio more?
Lifting is all well and good, an important part of the gym to be sure, but if you can't run at the very least 8 miles in under an hour, how can you say you're truly fit?

Cycling is the patrician cardio. You get to see places you've never been before, it's social and doesn't fuck up your joints because it's low impact.
