i am cutting, and i only eat tuna and chicken breast and broccoli. i eat until i hit 240 protons then i stop for the day. is this correct?
Not sure if that's "correct", it depends on if you're getting the proper amount of calories to cut, bulk, or recomp, whatever your goal is. I feel like 240g of protein/day is far more than most people will ever need, I feel like even the 1g protein per lb of bodyweight spouted here is excessive

I know, but skeletons and planetoids on this board always post stupid shit like that so I pointed it out as excessive. I stick to 1g/kg of weight (or more) and it works for me, because who the hell knows how much of their total weight is made up of lean mass

Tuna, depending on the type could have big concentrations of mercury, watch out for that. Its not recommended to eat too much.
