Is there much difference between curling a dumbell and curling a ketbell ?
Wich one is easier ?

A dumbbell is much easier for curling. The weight is on the sides so it never gets in the way as your arm moves up. Kettlebells have the weight at the bottom, so it touches your forearm as you pull up.

Dumbbell will be marginally easier since the weight of a kettle bell is all to one side of the grip, so will pull very slightly on your hand as you go through the movement. Other than that I can't think of any reason why there would be a difference.

Is there any equivalent on curling X weight ketlebell is a hard as curling X weight dumbell ?
Like for example, curling a 30 kg dumbell is as hard as curling a 25 kg ketlebell

I mean as far as the weight goes it's not that different, it still takes about the same amount of effort. I'm saying the movement itself is much clunkier with a kettlebell just because the way it's shaped makes it awkward for that type of movement.
