When I've just woken up, I have a headache, no sense of balance, can't think straight and feel anxious and stressed.

Nobody else guessed/suggested that you're incredibly dehydrated, so I'm going to recommend drinking more water. If you drink some water before bed at least you'll wake up to pee instead of waking up feeling like you're coming off a trip or something
