Ay. So I've been getting /fit/ over the past year by running pretty much every day. I've gone from barley being able to do a mile to doing a marathon. However, recently I've had some medical issues. I could hardly focus on anything, I felt tired but couldn't sleep, and I just felt very sick all around. I went in and I had some testing done and it turns out I'm anemic. How will this effect my workouts? Is this an easy fix? Or will I deal with this forever?
Why didn't you ask your physician these questions?

Anemia is iron deficiency. Eat more iron. Best sources are beans, leafy greens, and whole grains. Eat those. Also eat some fruit every day. The Vitamin C will help you to better absorb and utilize other nutrients. If it's a result of genetics then you can't do much about it except eat more iron and hope for the best. If it's not then you'll get better.
