Should I do SS again? I'm back to 143 pounds again at 5'7, when at my prime I used to weigh 190 pounds and I was a football linebacker.
I still kinda have "some" muscle, like I'm not completely skelly, but I'm still thin. I tried skateboarding but I got tired of it, it's running and lifting what I really want.
