What are my /fit/izens sleep/workout schedules? I'm thinking about going to bed early (8 PM) and waking up early (4 AM) so that I can get a good ass morning workout. Currently going to classes and eating and shit and then getting home around mid afternoon and starting to lose my pre-lift hype.

I go to bed at 11 or 12, get up sometime between 7 and 9 most days. I workout after classes, so around 2 or so. I love working out after the drearyness that is some of my classes, makes it a great workout

interesting. Classes have the opposite effect on me. I love it once I start lifting but I feel like falling asleep when I get home.

>gym till 1
>return to work by 1:15
>work till 5
>return home

>maybe throw my bike in the stationary mount and bike on my back porch (dangerous neighborhood So routes are a no go)
>maybe bike while I play some vidya
>prepare for the next day, lunch prep, iron shirts, pack gym bag
>bed by 10 or 10:30 at the latest
>repeat
Sometimes my gf or social plans interrupt my routine but I'm pretty comfy.
>tfw only have afternoon classes
>go to the gym at noon feeling great and having all the equipment to myself
I have been doing house renovations this summer for extra money because I'm unemployed. But I have been enjoying my routine which is a morning routine and breakfast because I start work at 12:00 after I come back around 18:00 I eat and do normal stuff until evening when I either do stretch, workout or a jog depending on my mood.
If I get a job I'm planning on waking really early so that I can keep this routine, I just have to shift it earlier.

Sounds comfy and organized anon. What's your morning stretching/mobility routine?
Wake at 6A, try to be in bed by 11P. Nothing in life feels more freeing than going for a run while the sun rises.
>wake at 1030
>Gym by 1300
>Work at 1600
>Work until 0500
>Gym
>Relax for three or four hours, go to bed
Work three days a week this way
On the topic of sleep, is it wise to go to the gym if I haven't slept the night before? I wanna go but I can feel how groggy and weak I am just by fulfilling my daily commitments.
