Anyone else feel like their muscles totally deflate after not lifting for a few days?
I lift from Monday-Friday, and by the end of the week I feel like an adonis. But then after not lifting Saturday and Sunday, I feel like I've lost everything in two days.
Is this normal? Is it all psychological?
What is the point of lifting at all if all gains disappear after a few days of inactivity?

Definitely. I had a couple really great workouts this week. But now I'm stuck with a 4 day weekend because of this dumb hurricane.
