Can we talk periodization?
Say if I want to deadlift and squat once per week.
Can anyone give me some plans for reps, sets percentages etc? Something like 5/3/1 where I can just plug my 1rm in and it will tell me what to do
once a week squat/deadlift programs that I can think of
