I'm generally active and have strong legs, but my feet start to hurt very fast when walking (such that city trips with friends are almost impossible because I can't walk or be on my feet for more than four or so hours a day).
What gives? Looking at my feet, I don't seem to have flat ones. I don't know what else could cause this. What can I do?

What shoes do you wear

Get fit for shoes at a shoestore retard
You might just need more suitable footwear.
I'm a mailman and walk 10-15 miles a day and I can tell you that footwear makes a fucking HUGE difference in how tolerable it is.
What do you generally wear?
I find tough boots, while a bitch to wear in, are the best for walking a lot. I wear Dr Martens for work and generally don't suffer any pain in the feet or calves.

I wear sneakers. Atm Reeboks which are comfortable as fuck. So I should wear boots instead?

may be plantar fasciitis, kinda depends on where the pain is on your foot.
I have it flair up every once in a while, I got pic related at my local runners store, I'd run my foot over that while I was sitting at work and it usually makes the issues go away.

Yes give it a try.
Boots are better for walking longer distances. The softness and comfort of sneakers is great for high intensity activity, or short amounts of walking, but boots fare better for long distances.
