How the fuck are you supposed to use this? I keep seeing everywhere I look, "take it post workout." "Take it pre-workout" "take it 2 hours after workout" and each source says to ignore the others
At the very least will someone please tell me it's in the sticky or something?
Doesn't matter. I take 2 scoops after my morning workout and 2 scoops before bed.
