How do I get fit without the gym? I won't go to the gym, so how do I get fit and build muscle without it?

Good luck doing anything serious without a gym.
If you put in several hours a day and eat perfect you might be able to pull off an ottermode but unless you have resistance training you will always be mediocre
Why won't you go to the gym OP?

Step 1: Stop being a faggot
Step 2: Go to the gym

What part of "won't go to the gym", don't you understand?
By the way lads, could I just, say, fill up a milk bottle with sand or rocks to do bicep curls?

get a pull up bar if you cant even get dumbbels
>>42823803
Repeat step 1 then
Calisthenics. Also lurk Craigslist and offerup all the often and sometimes you can find commercial brand equipment cheap. I got my maxicam hamstring isolator for 40 bucks from some woman who was upset at her husband lol.

Tbh I'm sure there's plenty here that can suggest specialised routines - but I just do huge powerwalks several times a week around my local area for cardio and I lift dumbells at home and use a pullup bar that goes over my door.
If you wanted to do more you could always buy a second-hand olympic bar and some plates.
So yeah, gym's fantastic for some people, I found it boring (prefer being outside for cardio and doing my weights in my own space) so you can get fitter without it.

this. just look for used equipment

Pullups dips pushups handstands leg raises crunches will pretty much work your whole upper body with the exception of traps i think and maybe side delts?
For legs you're gonna either need to run a LOT or do one legged sit ups which isn't much desu.
Of course if you have a backpack and something put in it, you can have yourself an ottermode in 1-2 years.

Make or buy a pullup bar, I have the Stamina PT "pull up station" I bought for $90. I do dips, pushups and chin/pullups with it. You absolutely blast your biceps doing chin ups but you will eventually plateau of course since you'll get used to lifting your body weight and will need to start buying dumbells or going to a gym.

1. Buy your own weights. If you have a barbell, bench, squat rack and pull up bar you can do a full body workout routine just as good as a gym.
The main benefit of a gym is you don't have to store your weights at home, they take up a lot of space.
2. Do a body weight routine, this won't get you as 'big' as using weights but you can easily attain strong ottermode with this.

>By the way lads, could I just, say, fill up a milk bottle with sand or rocks to do bicep curls?
You can use all types of improvised weights, but none of them will be as good as a cheap set of 2nd hand weights you buy off craigslist.
