>Is "boil in bag" bad for health?

isn't jasmine rice basically like eating a bag of sugar? basmati is supposed to be healthy

>is putting plastic in my food bad for health?

i dunno you tell me

Basmati long grains, nothing else. Brown rice is a huge meme that will get you poisoned with arsenic.
>>

They are both sugar, its carbs doesn't matter the color its not bread where white bread is refined/bleached.

OP just eat jasmine rice if you want, but not too much. Look up Sage Northcutt's "nutrition" vid on jewtube he eats minute rice, a bag of ripoff precut veg, and chicken breast panfried in oil. Dude could not be more jacked either despite his welfare tier nutrition
>>
>Brown has better vitamins and fiber

>Basmati but i don't buy aromatic rice

>It can be yes

Free Tip: If you want to make sticky rice (like for sushi) get short grain, for stuff like curry get long or extra long (it won't stick together as much)

Ramsay method for cooking Basmati (and any kind of rice really) is baller. Throw in 2 or 3 star anise, and crack open a few pods of cardamon before boiling. Comes out perfect and tastes awesome. https://youtu.be/Jf75I9LKhvg

1. They contain 0g of sugar.
2. "Doesnt matter the color cuz its not wheat" is retarded af to say, both become white by being refined. Difference is that unrefined rice is harmful because its a grain that absorbs arsenic more than others.
3. Jasmine has a higher GI than Basmati.

Jasmine rice has a higher glycemic index than pure glucose
