Hey /fit/ how do I integrate cardio into my routine?
I tried running before lifting this morning and it just made my legs cramp up during squats and made me exhausted after every set.
How do I get the running in without killing the rest of my workout? I normally use a preworkout but I can't run on that or my heart will explode.
Thanks
maybe don't run on leg days?

don't run before lifting, especially not before lower body workouts
Have you tried running after lifting, dumb Akko poster

Yeah that's seeming obvious in retrospect.

My impression was that it's best to do cardio as a warmup, but I'll give it a shot afterwards tomorrow.

Akko a cute! Cute!

there you go
How many days per week do you lift? You can do cardio on rest days, makes recovery faster for me.

why did you post a picture of me
Guys I'm doing PPL 6 days a week, would it be good to do cardio on the 2 leg days?

Akko a cute but Dianna is best girl.
>has all her gains stolen
>just trains harder every day till she gets them back
>stronger than everybody else because of all the effort
/fit/ could learn a thing or two from her and stop blaming gains goblins for their own lack of effort

Diana/Akko is the best possible pairing
