Take 2 weeks off from lifting because its very busy at my job
Went again today, it was total shit
>Strenght gone, struggle with 1,5pl8 bench while normally I can easily manage 2pl8
>Endurance gone, tired fast, muscles give out fast, 5-6 reps is all I can manage
>Flexibility gone, joints feel uncomfortable, lots of weird feelings in my shoulder
Wtf /fit/, why did my body get totally out of shape so quickly, I still ate properly during those 2 weeks
