Is Honey ok?
It is the one thing I haven't been able to cut from my diet. I have it on fruit, put it in my kale smoothies, enjoy it on the occasional cheeky rice cake. Sometimes just squirt some in my mouth raw.
And have a honeycomb every sunday

Are you fat and trying to lose weight? Definitely cut it down. It's still adding calories.
Kale is disgusting, so keep it in your smoothie, but cut back otherwise.
Honey isn't bad though.
