hey /fit/, fairly new to the /fit/ lifestyle, how the fuck do i get 270g of protein and stay under 2480 calories for a cutting diet? i have self control and dont eat junk food/sweets at all, i just feel like a retard with counting calories and nutrients.

I'm at 160 lbs and i'm consuming 181g of protein for a cut ( 35% P 35% F 30% C ). This cut im on is 2070 calories.
