"Bone broth" is just a marketing term for broth, aka "stock." Make it yourself for pennies or buy it at the store for pennies.

Bone broth is good and also not the same thing as stock. Broth cooks lower, longer, and has a higher gelatin content.

My local better health sells a quart for like 5 bucks. It's easy to make though, just throw bones in a slow cooker with a tablespoon of ACV and a bit of salt and cover with water. Turn it on slow and leave it there for two days. Bada bing bada boom.

You can make bone broth yourself, but no, it shouldn't give you the shits. I used to add bone broth powder (not AJ's tho) to my ramen and it did fine by me.

The general consensus on AJ's stuff is that it's good, but overpriced because of all the tests they run on it to make sure it's medically safe by CA's exactingly-high standards.
