Tweaked my lower back a few of weeks ago deadlifting, and only recently started doing exercises that require it at all. I tried squatting, and couldn’t get near my old weight without buckling forward.

What exercises should I be doing to get my strength back there senpai? Is there any hope of getting back up to my old numbers fairly quickly?

Am I just screwed?
