How do I quit the liquid gains goblin?
I live in Northern Ireland and there is literally no escape from it. At any social event everyone is drinking, and when you're not drinking you realize drunk people are actually really annoying so it's no fun at all.

Workouts are so shit after drinking but I love whisky, drink it 2-3 nights a week. I'd drink more if I could get away with it.

OP, if you're drinking socially then you're doing better than the people staying at home so fuck it, as long as you're still gaining drink away. Don't be a no-life lifter.
