lifting won't fix your depression/emotional problems on it's own
go speak to a therapist and start doing stuff that's outside of your comfort zone. unlike lifting, progressing with the stuff is the opposite though. when you first start lifting, you could add weight every session. but you can't do that for this stuff. but it does get easier anon
you have to want it
.t someone who sought out a therapist a few months ago (after lifting for a year and realizing that while it did give me some confidence, it didn't fix everything) and is slowly getting their life back on track
