Anyways, go to Costco and buy lots of cheap meat like tilapia or chicken. They also have these cheddar jalapeƱo bagels that are LOADED with calories, pretty unhealthy but great for dirty bulking. I'm also 6'4 but 200lbs. Maybe one day our paths will cross on this island we call home.

Peanut butter, oats, and whole milk are the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit of budget bulking foods. It goes hand in hand with the standard budget foods like eggs and rice.
Also just make the most of the stuff you'd usually waste. I.E: if you normally have 6 egg whites and throw out the yolks, just eat the yolks too. If you have a cup of rice, have two or even three. Same goes for oats.

If you want to do it healthily, focus on grains. Lots of grains.

An in&out 4x2 cheeseburger has about 1,000 calories and 60 grams of protein. It costs about $7.

Eat one of those every day on top of your normal food intake.
