Will doing lots of accessories interfer with my strength gain while doing a strength program?
I do the main lifts first (Greyskull)
Then afterwards i do tricep, bicep, trap, delt accessories.
Is this slowing down my progress?
If not, can i do more?
I did a meme "program" for about a year and made little progress, but i guess i know how to lift shit.
