I snapped my shit at work resulting into a serious back injury and hip.
I haven't been lifting for 1.5 years. All my gains are gone, my biceps are flat.
I gained a lot of fat, I went from being a lean 73 kg at 1.84 cm to 84 kg.
What should I do to get back into shape? I feel lathargic and depressed. I am thinking about preworkout sups but my family has a history of heart conditions.
