Hi /fit/ i need to know what type of exercise i need to be doing to gain muscle in my upper leg/ inner thigh? as you can probably see the top of my legs have started to degrade leaving me with bad stretch marks.
Is their something wrong with the way im sitting? will gaining muscle in this area reduce the stretch marks?

You won't be able to build enough muscle to completely fill it out. I have something similar from being a fat kid. The only hope is seeing a plastic surgeon and getting laser or something. I can't wear shorts without embarrassment even though im fit with a 25 inch waist

the stretch marks arn't the thing that bothers me greatly it's the lack of muscle going on. whats happened to the stretch marks on your legs now that you're fit out of curiosity?
Get some bio oil on that skin. It's what is recommended for pregnant women
