It all depends on that really. I guess you're 'vegan' except for the fish hence no meat or dairy.
You should pick up various herbs and spices to make your meals more interesting. Other than that I dunno what to tell you

staying alive (no liftin) for 3 months

i'm not vegan but the freezer is small and meat in the fridge last only for few days
