Hi /fit/
Holidays are over and I want to start exercising. Not much, but enough to stay in shape and get defined. I don't plan on going to the gym, dont ask why it's just not an option, and so my house is going to be my gym.
I was thinking about using the Seven app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=se.perigee.android.seven&hl=en) and doing 1 or 2 workouts per day.
Is that good or should I do anything else?
Also, I want to start an healthy eating. Any tips? I usually need to eat my breakfast fast and I'm quite slow at it so I just it cereals. Is that ok?

Buy a pull up bar. Do lots of push-ups and some variations, dips, pull ups, chin ups. Don't do that bullshit "X minutes a day" workout, it'll get you nowhere.
