there's no exercise that fucks me up more than squat rack. pull-ups and chest dips aren't even close. my heartbeat goes so hard i can feel it in my ears; anyone else feel the same?

Also After 2-3 sets of pullups i feel my throat closing, it's weird as fuck. Anybody knows why?

I believe that rows are exhausting because you also use legs and core (at least for tbar and regular rows)
