So I moved house and got a new job so slacked a bit on exercise. I got back into it today but had some chest pains when exercising cardio.

I've been out for a bit too long, not enough sleep and probably a bit too much coffee (three cups a day) but am young (26) and follow a good diet.

Is this something I should worry about or something that will go away when I get in better shape?

That makes me feel like absolute shit when I do cardio but it doesn't make my chest hurt. Same with caffeine if I have too much but I'm sensitive to the stuff. Are you fat?
