It'd be pretty hard to do seeing the bladder muscle (Detrusor) is fuarking huge compared to the muscle which opens and closes the pathway of pee to your dick.

But imaging you did it, no your bladder wouldn't burst, you'd be surprised how much shit it can hold. You'd instead get a UTI probably, if you held it for some time you could blow up your kidneys too.

Honestly I tried it before and it was super uncomfortable. You're closing a small valve while you have a pressurized liquid coming up from behind it. It hurts, if anything. Can't see any benefit to that.
