Can anyone suggest a good routine for someone that doesn't give a fuck about strength or becoming a pseudo power lifter?

full body, 2 split or a 3 split.
You should work your muscles 3 times a week, and you should do 10+ sets per muscle group, per week. If the program you find doesnt have these 2 points, its suboptimal.
And those two points can be fullfilled by doing the types of programs i first described. Just pick the one you like, and the one that fits your schedule.

Just do stronglifts. But also include some biceps and calf exercise.
I myself do Stronglifts for over 18 months and I'm still getting stronger and have fun doing it. I would just advice do add some extra movements to the workout.

If you want aesthetics then you want to add a 4th set of 8 reps on upper body compound movements, and add chest isolation on OH day, and curls on the day youre not doing chins. And throw in abs, calves once or twice a week.
Doing BB rows instead of powercleans are also a good idea.
do a PPL if you wanna be in the gym often, otherwise do a full-body 2-3 days a week with volume on one day, intensity on the other. switch up the lifts now and then
