My protein goals for the day is 170g, but quite often, I'd say 3-4 times per week I'm cramming in like 100-115g protein late at night in a single big meal to reach my goal, because my diet the rest of the day was normal/low protein
Do you think there is any issue with this?
Also I should have mentioned, 40g of protein from that "big meal" is whey

Whey is a little potent on the iodine, so casein is a good mixer as well.. plus absorption rate and research statistics.
