Will bulking for 4months, in which I increase my intake of carbs & cals in the process, All the while focusing on my upper body and arms 4 times a week; followed by 4months of cutting on Keto and lifting only 2 times a week, by limiting my diet to only lean meats and sprinting every other day, and the last four months just crossfit/boxing to keep my wits keen ;)...IF DO ALL THAT FOR TWO YEARS WILL I GET ME THIS MODE :))))))
