You're going to extreme.
You're body is going to panic in week 2 with the drastic change and make you crave everything you've ever binged on like a mother fucker and eventually you will give in.
You will not record, you will not take account.
You will feel like shit, you will feel hungry and you will give in.
And when you do, you will cry about how weak you really are while indulging in your previous addiction.
Eat a more moderate diet. (500 less than your TDEE or BMR). Eat half your exercise (cardio only) calories. Lose weight more slowly or you will just regain after losing muscle mass.
The prophecy has been foretold. Whether you heed my warning is up to you.
