A few days ago my left tricep started hurting terribly, to the point where when i went to the gym later (i assumed it was just DOMS) I couldn't do arms at all.
Even now, 2 days later it still aches a bit.
I immediately set up a doctor's appointment when j got home, but its not until next Thursday.
Should i just do legs exclusively until i get checked, or am i overreacting

Nigga if you're a DYEL or just getting back into the swing of things, it's going to take more than 2 or 3 days for your arm to stop feeling DOMS. If you see bruising in that area and you cant extend your arm, go to the fucking doctor. Looks to me like you got DYEL,DOMS,nothing to worry about don't waste your money on the doctor jew unless your tore something or snapped some shit up

I wasn't able to use my left arm for a solid hour at the worst point. Ive been sore before, but never unable to use my arm
