Idk what to do guys. I hurt my lower back like 2 months ago and its not getting any better. It doesnt hurt at all except when I try to bend (it will not bend at all, like its stuck perfectly flat.). I saw a doctor and I got xrays but I havent heard anything since about it. All ive been able to do is fucking bench press, chin ups, overhead press every once in a while. This fucking sucks. I guess Ill just start on a cut.
Anyone else had back issues?

What did you do?
Contact your doctor and ask for the results, or go see him again and tell him the pain hasn't gone away and it's fucking with your ability to exercise
Maybe go see a physiotherapist

I don't know what I did. I just woke up a day after squatting and it was fucked
Yes, I had terrible back pain for 6 months, could barely sit down and read let alone hit the gym. Thought that was it for me, I was gonna be stuck with it for the rest of my life. Most grueling experience of my life.
A year and a half later I'm back at the gym like nothing happened. Sudden movements still ding it from time to time, but it's so much better.
Tips:
- Do cobras and child poses, only do yoga moves that don't aggravate the pain
- The more peripheral the pain, the worse off you are. if it's sciatica and you're feeling it in your foot, you're in for the long haul
- If you're in for the long haul, take this opportunity to build mental toughness. You have nothing fucking else.
- Stay active, rest feels like it just clogs the nerve up, at least go for walks
- Never do deads/squats again. Up to you but I'm not touching a fucking squat rack ever the fuck again

Does having a weak, girl-tier back count as a back issue? I can do 5 pullups on a good day and I only weigh 165.

We're talking lumbar here
