Hi, /fit/. I'm such a newfag when it comes to working out. I'm about 6'1 150 lbs. How much muscle can I expect to gain if one were to buy dumbbells? I already eat a very healthy and blanced diet, so i think im good there. And i sleep about 6 to 6 and a half hours a night. I simply cant sleep more if i tried. And do you really need to go to a gym? I have some issues going to the gym that I'd rather not mention, so can you build good muscle at home?

if you're serious about lower body, barbells are the only option
get an ab wheel, they're the most effective ab exercise, surprisingly
