Seriously, thats it. Work consistently and make eating, sleeping and training a habit and just a regular part of your life, thats the game you are gonna be playing in the long term. You can use those pics as an inspiration, as long as you are being reasonable. If you honestly know and can say that "i can be like this guy, i can aspire to this", you are gonna make it.
