what do you fuckers eat for protein in the morning? i recently got scared out of eating too many eggs (9 per morning) because of clogging your arteries in like 50 years. so now i only eat 4 + 2 scoops.

oats and eggs. I eat the same amount of cals for breakfast as I did when I was cutting, reason being I have such a fucking huge appetite I have no problem reaching 3500-4000 cals in the day anyway.

Four slices of wheat toast with pb. Almost every day.
